Seismic retrofit of the Upper Level Viaduct structure adjacent to SFO Terminal 3. Work included micropile installation, pilecap extension, column casing installation, grade beam construction and expansion joint widening at sliding door locations. This project also included incidental roadway work such as sidewalk and island demolition and reconstruction, pavement overlay, underground utility relocation/installation, exhaust fan relocation, traffic control, and incidental architectural work such as replacement of terminal ceilings, storefront, sliding doors, and all associated electrical work.
